Welcome to Omnitasker. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Omnitasker provides business automation, custom web building, and AI integration services. Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual service agreement or "The Architect" configuration.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for setup fees (£149 for single integrations, £1,495 for full business presence) are due upfront. Recurring support fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Failure to pay recurring fees may result in suspension of API monitoring and server hosting.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the specific implementation of automation logic created for them. However, Omnitasker retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and base code templates used to construct the systems.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
As our services involve custom digital work and immediate resource allocation, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. You may cancel your monthly support subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.

Data Collection
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and business details when you fill out our contact forms, download our tech stack PDF, or use "The Architect".

We use this data to provide our services, process payments via Stripe, and send requested information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use trusted third-party services including Make.com (for automation logic) and Stripe (for payment processing). Each has their own high standards for data security.
